Belief Architecture: Rewiring Your Mental Framework
Is It Your Thoughts That Keep Getting in the Way?
Your Beliefs Might Be What’s Holding You Back Haven’t you felt like, no matter how much you work, you keep facing the exact same challenges?
Alternatively, you might really want something in life, but it seems that something quietly diverts you. Consider that you already know the truth, it’s just stored away inside of you. I’m bringing up your belief structure.
Think of your brain as an extremely advanced piece of hardware. What do you believe?
Such programs are the base for the entire operation.
This wasn’t software you chose for yourself last week; it’s shaped by everything that happened in your life, all the messages you heard as a kid and even your own self-talk. What’s remarkable is that this software acts like a guide to every decision you will ever make.
What Determines Your Surroundings These main beliefs about your identity, possibilities and the way things work help guide what you do, how you respond and your typical day. You feel that you don’t measure up? Sometimes, you might ruin chances you really want, even if you’re desperate to succeed. People always tell you money is hard to handle?
Many times, you’ll find yourself barely getting by, even though opportunities for success are close. Think happiness might be beyond your grasp?
It’s possible that you ignore all the small happy moments right before you daily. It’s not important what you hope to believe; what truly enters your mind and heart is the important part. Your belief system works as intended in that moment.
Making Your Thoughts Work for You: You’re in Charge!
It’s great news: you don’t have to follow exactly what’s on your original plans. You can design your own mental landscape and manage how you think.
You can’t expect this to happen in a day. It’s a process of understanding, identification and then slowly fixing the beliefs that’ve become a burden. Everything comes down to:
Pay attention to your body first and see what happens. What ideas crop up over and over in your mind? What trends do you notice in the way things happen to you? What thoughts do you have that hold you back when you try something you’ve never done before?
After you have a belief, examine it: Is it doing me more good? Is this a fact that I should pay attention to or something I’ve imagined all these years? What makes me sure that this belief can't be true?
Active Designing: You develop and build powerful new beliefs here. Rather than "I’m not good enough," say to yourself, "I am capable and working on getting stronger." Instead of saying "It’s too challenging," think"I am capable and can manage.”
It is really about feeding your mind healthier ideas and continuing to use these ideas until they become your normal routine.
Begin Creating the Lifestyle That Is Right for You
Just by choosing to change your beliefs, you officially start living a life that looks and feels different. You will notice you’re making different decisions, seeing new things to try and attracting experiences that fit your newly changed worldview.
Then spend a little while today asking yourself: What are the silent beliefs that affect your actions and feelings now?
Is there a world you’re willing to start forming, one conscious brick at the time? Uncovering your ability to shift your mindset is possible – are you willing to begin?
